9.2.7J.1 The programme consists of units to a total value of 144 points comprising— (a) the core unit in Table 9.2.7J(1) (Genetics Core Units)—6 points and (b) one pair of units from Group A in Table 9.2.7J(2) (Genetics Level 1 Options)—12 points and (c) two units from Group B in Table 9.2.7J(2) (Genetics Level 1 Options)—12 points and (d) one pair of units from Group C in Table 9.2.7J(2) (Genetics Level 1 Options)—12 points and (e) one additional Level 1 unit chosen in consultation with a Faculty Adviser—6 points 1 and (f) the requirements of one of the following major sequences: (i) Molecular Genetics as set out in 9.2.7J.2; (ii) Biomedical Genetics as set out in 9.2.7J.3; (iii) Systems Genetics as set out in 9.2.7J.4. 1 An additional unit from Group A in Table 9.2.7J(2) (Genetics Level 1 Options) is recommended. |
